I stayed at La Quinta in Omaha for a night and found some positives, but plenty of issues too. The room itself was spacious, which I appreciated. Finding a comfortable chair beyond the desk chair was tough, though. A couple of outlets were already occupied, and I had to unplug something to charge my laptop. The shower had decent water pressure, but the bathroom could use a thorough cleaning. There were evident signs of neglect like grime in the corners. I expected better from a well-known chain. The staff I interacted with seemed overwhelmed. Breakfast was a letdown. they offered a paper bag with mini muffins and some drinks. It didn't match what was advertised online, which was disappointing. I also noticed noise disturbances from outside late at night, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. For the price, I expected more comfort and cleanliness. So, while I liked the room size and location, the lack of attention to detail and amenities was frustrating.

The parking was super convenient, and I really appreciated the fact it was close to gas stations. Plus, the place was affordable.

The helpful desk clerk upgraded my room for free when the original room lacked a microwave and had a broken TV, which was greatly appreciated. However, the overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, with fruit flies present and a filthy carpet in the stairway. Additionally, there were no curtains in the room, just a panel with a slice that let in light, making it difficult to sleep. While I appreciated the quick response from the staff, the state of the facilities suggests a pressing need for better maintenance.

we had a great 6-night stay at la quinta! the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our visit. our deluxe king room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was easy to find. plus, the vending machine was well stocked, which was a nice touch. we were also relieved when they found and returned my husband's lost earphones!

Not the best choice

Had a really rough night here. My reserved room was given away and the noise was awful! Staff helped with the room issue, but it got loud again fast. Breakfast was decent though, loved the waffle maker. The door had a huge gap, not great for privacy. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.
